I’m Dr. Anthony Owliaie—Dr. O—a psychotherapist and educator. Alongside my clinical practice, I developed the Parent-Child Relational Development Model and Improv Mind Method, and founded The Humor Bridge, a youth development nonprofit.
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with individuals and families while also performing and teaching improv. Across this work, I help people deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and discover new ways to connect.
